Workplace Culture and Professional Excellence at SAS

SAS DEI Strategic Plan

The SAS DEI Strategic Plan guiding diversity, equity and inclusion work at SAS, is a product of a Planning process that produced a DEI Baseline Report. The SAS DEI Strategic plan establishes the mission and goals of the School of Arts and Sciences.

The inaugural Dean for Workplace Culture and Professional Excellence, in collaboration with faculty and staff committees and working groups, leads efforts to review policies and practices that ensure inclusive excellence. The School of Arts and Sciences faculty, spanning a wide range of disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches, is committed to conducting research and providing a comprehensive education that empowers students from all backgrounds and communities to reach their highest potential achieve their fullest potential.
